Help Desk (Spain)

Telynet provides a Help Desk service, from Monday to Saturday, with a broad timetable, which provides telephone support to its network of sales people and mobile users, as well as the possibility of responding to any consultation. The tools include a periodic sending of a summary or details of all interventions and, even, a recording of calls, subject to authorisation.

As an option, Telynet offers its clients a permanent in-situ service, with staff deployed in the offices of the client. This service can be provided in any country and offers the client the security of having an optimal local service, without having to contract outside or use company staff.

In view of the ever increasing, specialization and complexity, of computing services, Telynet offers the possibility of housing its products and applications in our Data Centre, with access 24/7.

This solution provides companies with a large cost saving. Without the need to invest, Telynet can provide you with servers, back-up services, access lines and the maintenance included with the system. In this way, companies can benefit, from both non-investment, and the saving in dedicated time.

Optionally and for security, there is the possibility of contracting a service for duplicating servers in real time, which guarantees permanent availability, in the event that one of them should break down.
