Telynet has been a beneficiary of the Call for Grants 2021 for Research and Development Projects in Artificial Intelligence and other Digital Technologies and their integration into value chains (C005/21-ED), managed by the Public Business Entity RED.ES.
Specifically in the framework of the file 2021/C005/00147576, entitled "Autonomous predictive system of operational and commercial management for the capillary distribution sector in the Horeca channel", whose objective is to develop an intelligent B2B solution for autonomous and predictive learning of the behavior of distribution companies in the Horeca channel, which, through artificial intelligence techniques, autonomous learning and advanced analytics will be able to compile and analyze large amounts of data from the digital traces generated by this type of companies, through a predictive model and a complex computational algorithm. This will make it possible to identify patterns and trends in consumer demand to generate predictions and recommendations, from which clustered customer profiles and specific behavioral models can be composed to design customized commercial strategies that are more efficient and capable of anticipating real needs.
