Whistleblowing channels are mandatory for companies from 2021 onwards
The function of the whistleblowing channel is to protect people working or being in a company or business.
It is a tool that facilitates the confidential reporting of potentially unusual activities and behaviour that may lead to breaches of the Code of Conduct and/or possible criminal activity.
